SMC Administrator

PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a SMC Administrator to join our team on a 6 month basis.

The SMC Administrator will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including managing communications, scheduling and documentation. Additionally, they will assist with Supply Chain and Contracts administrative tasks such as order processing, equipment tracking, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Details/duties:

  • Manage and report monthly KPIs to the necessary Stakeholders
  • Participation in internal & external meetings
  • Adhere to procedures for SMC Procurement
  • Generating Service Orders and associated admin tasks
  • Hire Equipment Management
  • Invoice processing and query reconciliation
  • Creating agendas, monthly reports and taking meeting minutes
  • Assist with the digitalisation of SMC Processes
  • Any other duties as required by SMC Lead

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Previous knowledge and experience in SAP preferred
