PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a SAP Methods Engineer to join the team on a 12 month fixed term basis. The Methods Engineer is accountable for the adherence to the PBS Code of Conduct, HSE policy and procedures.
- Continuous improvement – maintenance delivery techniques, strategies, and optimisation opportunities
- Equipment Criticality Studies – Existing and new equipment critically application to ensure appropriate Maintenance/sparing strategies are applied
- Support reliability studies – 5 why, RCA, data analysis, Condition Based Maintenance techniques, history reports
- Engineering Project support-maintenance build through to submission of data change request
- Support maintenance backlog management
- Digitalisation – collaborate with digitalisation lead in the development of maintenance KPI dashboard development/use
- Analytical studies/reports – CMMS search and provision of reports
- Support in review and development 0f maintenance processes/procedures
- Any other duties as directed by the Method / Reliability Team Lead
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Experience in similar position
- Level / Diploma: Engineering instrument Diploma, Master and expertise level
- Training / Certification: SAP user, SCQF level 8 is an asset
