CMMS Officer

PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a CMMS Officer to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of management and reporting of CMMS maintenance related data as directed by the Lead CMMS Operator. This includes implementing changes related to existing maintenance data via the master data change process, and ensuring new project data is aligned with data standards

Details/duties:

  • Implement master data change requests in line with data standards and governance
  • Provide analysis of KPI reports and present conclusions to Maintenance Teams
  • Preparing and issue maintenance reports as directed by the CMMS Lead Operator
  • Populating CMMS upload files with changes for new project work or maintenance builds
  • Liaising with Maintenance Engineering Leads and Discipline Engineers and to manage the master data change request program
  • Conduct data quality reviews as required ensuring alignment with data standards
  • Providing function support on the CMMS module
  • Ensuring new equipment requests are processed in line with data standards and governance documentation
  • Coordinating updates, scheduling/development of maintenance plans, items and task lists within the CMMS
  • Act as focal point for front line system and data support to asset & maintenance teams

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge and experience of Maintenance Management Systems (SAP)
  • Experience in documenting CMMS Processes and Practices
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Excel and Database analysis
